Angklung (Sundanese Standard Script: ᮃᮀᮊᮣᮥᮀ) is a multitonal (double-tone) musical instrument that developed from the Sundanese people. This musical instrument is made of bamboo, played by shaking it (the sound is caused by the collision of the bamboo pipe body) so that it produces a vibrating sound in a series of 2, 3, to 4 notes in each size, both large and small. Angklung is listed as a Masterpiece of the Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO since November 2010
